A) No! Not if you are presently employed by a company which we have an active opening with , if you left their employ we welcome all candidates.
Q) If I do not see an opening listed should I still send my resume?
A) Yes! The recruiting industry is very fluid everyday we take new openings We are always looking for Candidates that we can introduce to the companies we do business with.
Q) If I send you my resume and you are working with my current employer will you report me.?
A) No! Companies hire us to bring them the best talent not spy on their employees
Q) Do I pay you to find me a new job?
A) No! We are not an employment agency, Companies hire us to bring them the best talent, The Candidate does not hire us.
Q) How Do you find Your Candidates?
A)We are professionals and through research and knowing our space we find the best Personal not everybody wants to make a move but our Clients pay us to know the ones that want more and are ready for a new challenge
